Tutor Recruitment Process

Step 1: Application Submission

Visit www.groeningnassociates.com.

Navigate to the “Tutors > Apply Now” tab

Fill in the online application form with personal details, location, and relevant qualifications.

Upload your CV and any supporting documents.

Step 2: Initial Screening & Matching

Your application is reviewed by our recruitment team.

When a client in your area requests a tutor, we will contact you for an interview.

Step 3: Interview & Screening

A virtual interview will be scheduled to assess your skills, experience, and teaching style.

Background checks and reference verification may be conducted.

Step 4: Supervised First Session

If selected, you will conduct your first tutoring session under the supervision of a team lead.

Feedback will be provided to ensure quality standards are met.

Step 5: Probation Period

A 3-month probation contract is signed.

Performance evaluations are conducted during this period.

Step 6: Full Contract & Career Growth

After successful probation, you will sign a renewable 1-year contract.

You may take on additional roles, such as a Research Associate.

Step 7: Continuous Professional Development

Attend monthly meetings for updates and performance reviews.

Participate in quarterly seminars for capacity building and professional growth.
